Terms and Conditions:

By booking a class you agree the terms and conditions as follow:

 

1. Payment and course bookings
Full payment for a course must be made upon online registration. All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any third party.
Payment settled by Paypal through online booking only.
All bookings will only be confirmed when:
(i) payment has been received in full in accordance with the above conditions;
(ii) a payment confirmation email by Paypal has been received by us;
(iii) we have confirmed to you our receipt of the said of Paypal advice.

2. Adverse weather
Lessons will be cancelled, with no need for further notice, when, typhoon signal No.8 or above has been hoisted, or the Hong Kong Observatory has issued a black rain storm warning on the day of and prior to the start of the lesson. If the No.8 typhoon signal or
black rain storm warning is lowered at least 2 hours before the scheduled starting time of the lesson, the lesson will take place as originally scheduled.

Where a lesson is cancelled under this clause, no participant will be entitled to a refund but participants will instead be entitled to a make-up lesson at a time and date to be determined solely at our discretion,
No additional tuition fee will be repayable for such make-up lessons, however the cost of the materials for any make-up lesson will be payable and such cost will be calculated at a rate of 80% of the price of the rescheduled lesson. The conditions as to payment for such
material costs will be in accordance with clause 1, above

 

3. Student cancellations and changes to course schedule (I) Once lessons have been booked, student will not be entitled to change or substitute lessons under any circumstances. (ll) No repayment of course fees, make-up lessons, or any form of compensation will be.
